H Clark Distillery is creating hand-crafted spirits one small batch at a time. With a passion for quality and craft integrity, we take the finest grains and ingredients and transform them into the ultimate spirits experience. Focusing on quality over quantity, our available creations include Tennessee Dry Gin and New Whiskey and our Tennessee Rye Whiskey and Bourbon are still aging to perfection.
Great stop for a little break! Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Not a big place by any means, whole distillery and shop is only two small rooms. But it was very interesting and cool to see a small start up. Feels good to support local business. Tastings were $7 and bottles ranging from 30-40 at the time. We really enjoyed our stop and a there is a great photo opt in front of the barn!
Very interesting and informative place. Our hostess Kim was so enthusiastic and knowledgable about distilling.
